Spring-Loaded
Container Support Platform
Lifts your rigid containers into a custom dust termination. Recommended for dusty products.
Custom Dust Terminations
Dust terminations custom fit to your rigid container, bag, bag-in-a-box, or drum. Designed to eliminate dust and increase product flow. See a Dust Termination on model E-11 Auger Filler.
Extension Hoppers
Designed to increase the filler hopper capacity, and make manual loading easier. See an extension hopper on our model Micro-Filler.
Stainless Steel Upgrades
All PER-FIL Auger Fillers are manufactured with the highest quality materials. 304 Stainless Steel Standard. When the application requires 316 SST, product contact parts will be upgraded.
Custom Programming
Enhance your HMI. If 50 Recipes are not enough to meet your production demands, we will program your system to meet your production requirements, as well as, work with your automation system.
Custom Tooling Sets
The exact specifications of the Auger, Funnel, and Agitation system, dictate performance.

Adjustable Column*
This option will allow the Operator to easily raise and lower the fill head to accommodate containers of various heights. It will also allow your powder filling system to be up-gradable to fully automatic. Manual and Powered options available.

Integrated Scale
Fill-by-weight operation will enhance your already precise PER-FIL auger filling machine. Once the filler initiates the fill cycle, the integrated scale will control the auger. The bulk/dribble fill, along with our proprietary feedback algorithm, will provide +/- 0.5% accuracy, or better.

Pin Indexing System
Integrated with an Automatic Powder Filling machine to move rigid containers into/out of the fill position. See our model MF-11C Auger Filling Machine with pin indexing.
Feed Screw Indexing System
Integrated with our Patented Inline Multi-Spindle Automatic Auger Filling Machine. Able to index unique shaped containers, fast and efficiently. See our model Micro-6C with feedscrew indexing system.
Unscrambler/Accumulation Table
Rotary Unscrambler Table, complete with stainless steel disc, heavy duty roller supports, center plough, exit guides, adjustable outer guide rails; adjustable height legs, variable speed disc drive and dust tight enclosure.
Pneumatic Lift
Integrated with our Patented Inline Multi-Spindle Automatic Auger Filling Machine. Fill fine powder Dust-Free when combined with our custom dust terminations. The pneumatic lift will raise your container into the dust termination to secure the opening of the container and catch fine dust when connected to the vacuum manifold. Integrated Vibrator
When aerated products do not easily fit into your rigid container, the integrated vibrator will settle your product during and/or after the fill cycle. No need to stop production to continually tap the container, attempting to fit product into an already filled container.
