Clutch/Brake The Per-Fil Model PF-11 is our full size Clutch / Brake auger filler, known through the industry for its ruggedness, fill accuracy and versatility. Idea for fill sizes from 0.5 gr to 25 lbs.; Also available with larger capacity filler hopper for fill sizes up to 100 lbs. Servo The Per-Fil Model MF-1 is a Servo driven Auger filler designed for precise, repeatable filling. The servo drive allows for the flexibility of matching the correct acceleration and deceleration to and from maximum speed, to accommodate the special needs of each product. The flexibility results in superior fill accuracy and increased batch yield. Weigh Filler The Per-Fil Model PF-11-W is a Clutch / Brake, Semi-Automatic FILL-BY-WEIGHT auger filler designed for applications that require verified, ultra precise filling. The PF-11W features a Mettler Toledo scale to control fill cycle for optimum accuracy control. Two speed filling operation: 90% filled volumetrically at high speed, remaining 10% by weight at low speed. Also available with servo auger drive. Nano-Filler The Per-Fil Model nano-Filler is designed for the precision dosing of powders and granules, 25 mg - 10 gram per dose. The nano-Filler features a precise, servo driven auger that ensures optimum control of fill accuracies; separate DC-Variable speed agitator drive to control product consistency; and off-the-shelf PLC with touchscreen interface for simple adjustment of all filler parameters. The nano-Filler can be integrated with a balance for fill-by-weight operation. Bulk Fillers The Per-Fil Model PF-11HCW is a High Capacity, Clutch / Brake, Semi-Automatic FILL-BY-WEIGHT auger filler; designed for applications the require verified, precise, high volume filling (50 lbs to 250 lbs).
